The Evolution of Me
I held my first camera when I was in middle school. It is there I learned to develop to shoot black and whites, develop film and learn how to shoot abstract photography. As I grew into a young woman, the camera would always find its way into my life until 2003 when I became heavily involved in the music industry as marketing, developing and brand management for musicians. In 2008, shortly after the recession hit, photography became a profession. The select photos are some of my first professional photographs.

THE HAITIAN EARTHQUAKE OF 2010
In 2010 when the catastrophic earthquake hit Haiti in 2010, I packed my bags and went to shoot my documentary entitled, Cries in the Wind which is still in development. Here are a few stills of my journey to capture the resilience of the people of Haiti.
The following year in 2011, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I would return in the late spring of 2014 back to the world of photography with a clear perspective, goals and vision of where I wanted to be and what my contribution would be to the arts.
